My name is Dave Smith and I am the owner of Ameri-tech Home Construction.  I opened Ameri-tech Home Construction in September of 2000.  I recognized the need for a contractor dedicated to basement and garage conversions.  It occured to me that if I were able to stick with this specialization I would be able to accomplish something most other contractors do not.  Happy customers.  Because we specialize in the finished basement/ garage conversion niche, we are able to offer excellent, timely service at affordable prices.  We are able to build out most basements and garages in about four weeks.
